Square shams are hand cut and sewn to their actual size. To properly stuff, please order an insert 2" larger for a nice plump pillow.
Lumbar shams are hand cut and sewn to fit a 13X22 inch insert. To properly stuff, pease order the same sized insert for a nice plump pillow.
